Treats by Winston started with a love of baking, a lot of brown butter, and a little Italian greyhound named Winston.

What began as a baking Instagram quickly became something more. I started sharing what I was making from my Brooklyn kitchen, experimenting with recipes and following a curiosity I had held for years. I always loved baking, but for a long time I thought turning that passion into something real required formal training. TBW changed that.

After countless batches, tweaks, and taste tests, I created the recipe that became the heart of Treats by Winston, our signature brown butter chocolate chip cookie. As I began sharing them with friends, family, and eventually the internet, word spread, and suddenly people were not just following along, they wanted cookies of their own.

Today, Treats by Winston is a small-batch micro-bakery in NYC, popping up around the city, collaborating with some of our favorite brands and cafes, and selling out our weekly drops. Every batch is still made with the same care and attention that started it all.

Named after my dog and built from a genuine love of making something people get excited about, TBW is proof that sometimes the best things start simply by following your curiosity.
